Featuring an on-site fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, Village By The Sea is located in Wells. This resort offers a hotel feel in a home-like condominium.

Each unit has a full kitchen, living room and patio or balcony. Our fully equipped kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, stove, and dishwasher.

We are not a 24-hour business but are available by phone for in house guests 24/7. Our property offers free parking as well for up to two cars per unit.

Ogunquit Beach and Kennebunkport are both 13 minute drives from Village by the Sea.
