ROMI is a single ticket to Indonesia. A tribute to the roots of the Tropical Hotel chefs, ROMI showcases the culinary and cultural heritage of the world's largest archipelago.
Innovative cocktails are accompanied by indo-tapas, followed by a selection of satays and signature dishes that are paired with an open kitchen vibe. For a 360° immersion, throughout the evening, musical curation and DJ sets will accompany your journey.
ROMI is also Sundays around a brunch inspired by Indonesian flavours, where you will find our Indo-twisted avocado toast, or some dishes adapted to our evening menu.
